Certainly, Delisabatini office considers great no visual aspects of the projects, just as I could see on their works. A direct relationship with the context throught the addiction of elements to the scene or the enhancement of the space and its genius loci keeping mind the features of the materials.

The first thing we see in your project is the simplicity of forms and materials. With purity of structure, the project is becoming stronger. Also, you manage to have very flexible interior spaces. Giving directions with light and dividing places by structural elements may seem extremely basic, yet it is still very smart and elegant solution. osservando i progetti da voi pubblicati mi colpisce molto lo studio delle volumetrie e l'inserimento nel contesto urbano. Particolari sensazioni ha suscitato in me il Guggenheim a Helsinki per i tagli obliqui, impattanti ma mai gratuiti che generano un rapporto interno esterno di grande respiro attraverso le fughe verso l'esterno e le doppie altezze. Inoltre apprezzo molto la casa Guglielma per la plasticità delle forme, delle sottrazioni di volume enfatizzate dall'elegante rapporto bianco legno.

I progetti dello studio Delisabatini trasmettono la volontà di creare spazi insoliti. Gli interventi partono da un elemento plastico e continuo che unisce il disegno del progetto all’elemento funzionale. Questo aiuta anche a cambiare la percezione dello spazio e degli elementi architettonici banali che diventano parte del design. Le linee non ortogonali presenti nelle creazioni si appropriano, con discrezione, degli spazi e creano un rapporto tra l'edificio e il fruitore finale.

The most interesting thing about your projects is the play with forms where basic subtraction was used to create voids or entrances through spaces, which also created a play of light and shadow, that summed up as an accurate, skillful play of volumes is seen in light. The colours used were very basic and adding to the contrast bright colours created a contrast, getting the furniture into focus which creates a visual interest, excitement. The Raw yet finished look. Connected yet disconnected.

Ammiro il Varna Library che si mostra come un cratere scavato che accoglie al suo interno la cultura in una serie di livelli ben organizzati.
Mi ha molto colpito il progetto per il Guggenheim Museum di Helsinki, apprezzo la scelta del legno come materiale predominante; credo fortemente che sia un materiale reversibile oltre ad avere la sua caratteristica intrinseca di innovazione.
Mi piacciono anche casa del filosofo, scultore e struttura sanitaria ma 500 caratteri non sono sufficienti.

Il segno continuo, caratterizzante e riconoscibile modella gli spazi, ordina le funzioni, esalta la forma.

L'architettura dello studio DeliSabatini si fonda su di una attenta e consapevole analisi della preesistenza e sulla chiara scelta di porsi in continuità con essa. La composizione in pianta e in alzato risulta scandita da elementi che, declinando un tema formale e funzionale insieme, affiancano l'esistente per svelarne potenzialità inespresse. E così un vuoto si carica di significato: diviene spazio, visione ed emozione. Questa per me è la necessaria declinazione del fare architettura.

Intervenire sull’esistente, prediligendo siti con valenze industriali e storiche, è la progettazione più utile ad oggi. Si tratta di interventi che non si contrappongono eccessivamente con la preesistenza, effettuati tramite azioni semplici, ma allo stesso tempo decise, guidano l’osservatore a vivere la giusta esperienza al loro interno. Apprezzo l’utilizzo ricorrente di un segno forte, che a volte si pone come elemento gerarchizzante, altre come elemento direzionale, che organizza lo spazio.

Scorrendo i vari lavori presenti sul sito mi è parsa evidente la forza che hanno i vari progetti di lavorare per sovrapposizioni. Al volume originario viene sommato un ulteriore volume, frutto di intersecazioni di piani, che proponendo una direzione insolita riesce a creare nuove visuali e coni visivi. Lo spazio si arricchisce di maggiori profondità trasformandosi profondamente.

Trovo interessante l'utilizzo di volumi e superfici. Volumi tranciati e tagliati da obliquità restituiscono dinamicità agli ambienti. Superfici materiche dalle geometrie ben definite sembrano proiettare lo sguardo verso l'oltre', perseguendo anche l'integrazione tra arredo e architettura. La continuità dell’intervento è amplificata, in alcuni casi, dal bianco che unifica. In tale continuità risaltano gli incastri volumi-superfici creando irregolarità in geometrie pure.

In your projects, surface seems important. When creating volume, there are surfaces that touching, cutting and entering each other.
Surfaces created different textures. This brings the relationship between light and shadow.
There are surfaces with continuity inside the volumes. Another remarkable point is details.

Credo che facciate buona architettura, soprattutto -e conosco bene la problematica con i clienti- sul non realizzato. Ho notato la visione dell'architettura e l'umiltà di non voler esagerare per stupire. Un architettura sintetica credo sia l'unico modo per tornare ad un architettura a scala umana e vicina alle reali necessità delle persone, non un architettura per l'architettura.

Ogni progetto dello Studio DELISABATINI viene rapportato al suo committente tenendo conto delle sue esigenze e della suddivisione funzionale dello spazio, la quale spesso offre spunti progettuali che di volta in volta danno vita a progetti singolari. Gli interni sono fondati sulla concezione che predilige la spazialità continua anziché quella frazionata: ampi spazi continui vengono attraversati da importanti volumi che inglobano i servizi e filtrano i vari ambiti che si creano all'interno.

I vostri lavori sono molto interessanti in quanto ognuno di essi possiede una sua autenticità e chiarezza progettuale. Quello che percepisco dai vostri progetti è la creatività che li sottende. Credo, infatti, che il lavoro creativo, inteso anche come sperimentazione, sia il momento centrale dell'architettura. It seems to me to read two very interesting figures from your works.
On one hand the project as storytelling of the context as well as the programs and the spaces. I think this is cause the activation of distribution devices that aims to create an anthropological and fluid space that put in relation peoples and spaces from multiples point of views. Yours architecture is an architecture that you have to scan.
On the other hand the methodological approach between research and practice.

Il progetto che maggiormente ho apprezzato tra quelli presenti sul sito è quello per il concorso della Biblioteca del comune di Varna.
Il particolar modo mi è piaciuta la continuità che si crea tra interno ed esterno: le grandi vetrate presenti, oltre che a far entrare moltissima luce naturale (cosa fondamentale perché trattasi di una biblioteca), sono importanti in quanto preservano il rapporto e la continuità con l'ambiente naturale che sembra quasi entrare in quello che è lo spazio interno.

Riguardo gli interventi di ristrutturazione interna (Casa dello scultore, Maison, Casa del filosofo, Guglielma) ho colto e condivido in pieno il vostro approccio. E' molto interessante infatti, che in ogni progetto c'è un ostentata ricerca per la continuità spaziale, tra interno/interno e tra interno/esterno, eliminando la rigida suddivisione degli spazi e inserendo l'elemento che diviene il fulcro dell'idea progettuale. Sarei onorato di discuterne meglio in un colloquio.

L'organizzazione dello spazio, nel quale si situano la case e gli interventi di arredo urbano, viene risolta con il richiamo alle forme e ai materiali della tradizione. I piani orizzontali lignei si contrappongono a quelli verticali ad intonaco o in materiale lapideo generando così un'architettura di volumi e ambienti abitati assemblati nella luce caratterizzati da geometrie e da linee rigorose.
Nei lavori esposti prevale l'evoluzione del pensiero e del lirismo logico di Le Corbusier.

I have visited at DELISABATINI website. I really like that style. Almost projects is simple designed, they use white colour for comfortable and geometry like "Less is More"
Some project they use only black and white but all look elegant. Especially Casa del filosofo project ,this project look simple they use white grey and black colour and the wall not only decorate but it has more function like a shelf.

Non è necessario insistere sulle geometrie complesse per fare della buona Architettura. Svestirla delle sovrastrutture superflue permette di tracciarne la storia.
Ciò che mi colpisce dei progetti dello Studio DELISABATINI è l'essenzialità delle matrici semplici che denotano forza e bellezza.
Volumi che si intersecano e dialogano con la matericità del costruito, solidi isolati e definiti che qualificano lo spazio.

I can say both for your work. I see the materials you choose are natural and you use it with contemporary style.
But to tell the truth when i check all, i see them DARK. Not the sense of colour. They should be more 'CHIARO' with the natural lightning and with some art objects.
It is minimal as i like 'less is more' even in my personal life.
And the measured comparison between the new and existing, in respect of the materials and fluidity of space i liked it.

L'innesto, l'importanza di un confronto sapiente e misurato tra il nuovo e l'esistente, nel rispetto dei materiali e della fluidità dello spazio. Mi sembra che quegli "schemetti gialli" siano molto utili nel raccontare la vostra idea di spazio e di intervento sull'esistente anche perché danno una chiave di lettura al progetto che vuole inserirsi in un contesto, non aggredirlo. Forse i render interni lasciano un po a desiderare anche perché non si capisce bene la materialita' dello spazio.

Guardando i progetti ed i concorsi a cui il vostro studio ha partecipato, sono stato molto colpito dal massiccio materialismo dei corpi e dagli ambienti da questi conformati tali da avere un'illuminazione definita dalle poche aperture o tagli che definiscono il progetto, rendendo così la luce protagonista. L'incastro e l'accostamento di forme semplici generano progetti che risultano essere essenziali ed eleganti con un tocco di contemporaneità che interagisce in maniera ordinata con il contesto.

Osservando i lavori degli architetti Deli e Sabatini si può evincere che alla base della progettazione ci sia una profonda ricerca, a partire dallo studio del contesto e del rapporto tra l'oggetto architettonico e gli elementi circostanti. Un'architettura "senza tempo", estranea alle frivolezze delle mode passeggere. Gli interventi sulle preesistente appaiono "silenziosi", dignitosi e rispettosi. Gli spazi interni sono definiti con chiarezza da elementi apparentemente semplici ma che ad un'analisi più approfondita rivelano tutta la loro complessità. Ho conosciuto i Vs lavori sul sito di Europa Concorsi ed ho notato da subito la grande capacità nel far comunicare tra loro materiali e finiture. Un identità riconoscibile fa di questi progetti interessante oggetto di studio per chi come me ha ancora poca esperienza nel campo.

Well...One thing I see in your portfolio and what I appreciate is the minimal linear design. Beyond trends, I think is a very democratic working style. People are not only the end users, they should have a way to configure the space in time. Osservando il lavoro dello studio, sembra che i diversi progetti siano legati da un comune denominatore, dal quale si evince il modo di intendere l'architettura: scultorea, imponente, scenografica, 'inaspettata', paradossalmente versatile e malleabile. Ciò che forse più affascina, è la capacità di questi aggettivi di calzare all'interno di progetti che si differenziano enormemente per dimensione e metratura. La fluidità dei 'percorsi' è tale sia che si parli di un teatro, che di un'abitazione.

Osservando i vostri progetti ho percepito immediatamente una chiarezza nelle forme e sapiente gioco di luci. La relazione che instaurate tra le due componenti è molto intensa, "commovente" in alcuni progetti, "esaltante" in altri. Trovo che al continuo rivoluzionamento dello stile di vita debba corrispondere anche un "sistema-casa" efficiente, che ben si integri con le mutate esigenze di chi la vive, inserendosi in un quadro più ampio, l'attuale dibattito sull'architettura ecosostenibile. Buongiorno,
quello mi ha colpito del vostro studio è l' approccio che avete nei confronti dell'architettura, o meglio del Sentire l'Architettura.
Non sempre si riesce a dare il giusto valore a questa ricca e complessa disciplina e spesso si discrimina il "concept" di progetto in onore di valori "meno nobili".
Guardando i vostri lavori si riesce a percepire lo studio e la ricerca che danno origine alla forma. Il progetto ha un identità!
L'architettura a mio avviso deve essere questo!

Sono molto interessata al vostro modo di presentare il lavoro. Nelle fotografie pubblicate sul vostro sito si riescono a notare chiaramente i particolari architettonici e allo stesso tempo il diverso studio di luci e ombre formate da un continuo gioco di incastri, che offrono un forte carattere nonostante il profumo di purezza percepito all'interno dell'ambiente.
Se ci fosse la possibilità di inserirmi nel vostro team o in alcuni progetti ne sarei davvero contenta.

Risaltare il rispetto e il rapporto con l’esistente e la flessibilità. Che si ottiene sia attraverso il sottile contatto con l’acqua e le linee di legno che danno continuità a un percorso pieno di diverse situazioni nel progetto "The Embankment of the river Drava"; sia attraverso i dettagli, le linee della libreria e le tracce sul setto che danno quell’idea di movimento nel progetto di Guglielma.

sfogliando i vostri progetti mi trovo in linea con i vostri segni architettonici e con le l'intento della vostra architettura, le linee essenziali sono senza dubbio le più incisive, un segno forte può creare spazi e atmosfere senza bisogno di nient'altro. Il dialogo e lo scontro tra materiali di diversa natura crea la varietà di sensazioni che un interno o un esterno può suscitare.

Nei progetti noto la volontà di bypassare gli stilemi del tempo, portando avanti un linguaggio fortemente legato alla continuità con quella che è la storia dell’architettura italiana, improvvisamente interrotta dall'avvento dell'international style digitale. Nei progetti realizzati e non, leggo la necessita di segnare lo spazio, attraverso il chiaro disegno delle piante e delle sezioni. Un modo di creare complessità attraverso segni che scavano negli aspetti culturali dell'architettura.

guardando i progetti trovo che la vostra architettura sia pulita ed elegante.
Lo posso evincere tanto dalle piante e dagli schemi esplicativi, che dalle foto. Noto una cura nel dettaglio che reputo importantissima, perché sono i dettagli che fanno la differenza e fanno capire quanta passione e dedizione si mette nel proprio lavoro.
I giochi volumetrici decisi creano quel movimento necessario per disciplina architettonica, che altrimenti morirebbe sul piano bidimensionale.

Noto con piacere la varietà dei temi affrontati per quanto riguarda la progettazione, dalla scala urbana fino a scendere al livello di dettaglio. Le forme, i volumi sono molto eleganti e puliti, essenziali, ci sono moltissimi rimandi e richiami sottili ai maestri dell’architettura moderna. Lo stile è molto raffinato. Da designer, noto con entusiasmo anche una grande attenzione alle texture dei materiali, segno di grande attenzione e cura anche per i dettagli del progetto architettonico. Anche i render e le foto allegate ai vari progetti mostrano una grande attenzione ai dettagli, ai particolari.

Un'architettura fatta di pochi segni indispensabili e ben calibrati tra loro, che danno spazio alle persone; coloro che usufruiranno di quella casa, ponte, piazza...avranno il compito di contribuire all' identità del luogo. Un'architettura fatta per essere vissuta e non solamente ammirata. Sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita dal progetto per il Concorso a Maribor (Slovenia).
Al momento non posso muovere delle critiche costruttive in base ai progetti visionati, studiati e resi al meglio.

Fate attenzione al dettaglio, che è probabilmente la scala che prediligete. Vedo molta serietà nel vostro lavoro e parecchi richiami a maestri dell'architettura; sintomo di grande attenzione a quello che succede intorno. Il vostro è sicuramente uno studio serio, dove mi piacerebbe lavorare.

Lo studio Delisabatini ha uno stile che mi ha colpito, moderno, minimal, elegante. I progetti sono interessanti. L'unica critica che posso muovere, perché mi è stato richiesto di farne una, è che ho imparato, recentemente, che fare dei render non completamente al computer, rende l'immagine e l'idea di arredo più "calda" , personale e meno fredda e distaccata.

well, as it is clear from your portfolio you have involved in many different scales of architectural projects.
I agree with some of your projects but some projects such as the "loft" "lungo lago"& teatro all'aperto" the life within that projects is missing, because in my point of view architecture is mainly concerned with the quality of life and the path of solving the community problems concerning all the different dimensions: urban, social, environmental, contextual and regional

Ottimo utilizzo dei materiali in relazione al controllo della forma. Interventi minimali con segni decisivi che rendono semplice e elegante il linguaggio dell'architettura.
Facilmente leggibile l'interpretazione dello spazio per l'osservatore.
Progetti preferiti: Casa dello scultore, Casa del filosofo, Loft, Grotta del sale, Guglielma, Tribuna.

I like how DELISABATINI architects ORIGINAL WORK/PLAY WITH A SPACE. They are designing in all three directions and creating a space where is very nice to move/to live. I like how they can change common construction segments into very interesting design elements. They use design constructions to very beautiful play with light and shadows. Thanks their architecture philosophy are built buildings with logical dispositions and original looks.

Dai progetti presentati emergono, a mio avviso, due caratteristiche principali, che costituiscono il fil rouge del vostro modo di fare architettura. Innanzitutto, ho apprezzato l'approccio essenziale al progetto, con una chiarezza di scala, proporzioni ed elementi costruttivi; in secondo luogo, ho notato una grande attenzione ai materiali e soprattutto alla luce, che diventa (come ad esempio nel progetto residenziale "Guglielma") vero e proprio materiale da costruzione.

Noto in tutte le opere la scomposizione degli elementi che fanno l'architettura, mettendo in evidenza solai, travi, pareti, insieme alla loro funzione di sorreggere, dividere ed articolare lo spazio, delimitandolo ed espandendolo; ciò non disarticola la coerenza formale e funzionale, bensì accentua l'unità tra materia e luce. Il risultato è un'architettura che, partendo da volumi puri, diventa scultura, non solo come arte figurativa, ma soprattutto come luogo funzionale e piacevolmente vivibile.

I volumi architettonici vengono messi in risalto negli ambienti dalla luce che gioca un ruolo fondamentale nella composizione degli spazi.
Il carattere minimal delle opere è fondamentale nel restituire ai volumi e alle forme la loro identità e il loro valore, la loro essenza.
Less is more, è sempre la chiave per una composizione architettonica di successo. Il contrasto fra luci e ombre e quello fra i vari materiali accende l'entusiasmo per la vitalità degli ambienti che vivono di luce propria.

E’ chiaro come, per ogni progetto, la purezza delle forme e dei materiali esaltino le potenzialità degli spazi e la loro natura. Come, con pochi elementi, si riesca a percepire le diverse funzionalità degli ambienti mantenendo al contempo una fluidità e continuità di spazi e visuali dove anche le luci hanno un ruolo fondamentale, mettendo in risalto i dettagli e contribuendo alla percezione dei volumi.

E' chiara la certa predilezione per l'utilizzo di linguaggi semplici, forme geometriche ben leggibili e dinamiche allo stesso tempo, un linguaggio che condivido. Ho trovato interessante il modo in cui utilizzate la luce all'interno delle vostre architetture ed il gioco di chiaro-scuri che ne deriva.
Ritengo che in fase di progettazione sia oggi fondamentale uno studio bioclimatico dell'intervento che ho in parte notato solo nel progetto di Sassari.

Dalle immagini si può notare che il vostro modo di fare e pensare architettura sia un concetto legato a linee pulite, superfici materiche nette, spazi funzionali, essenziali e completi. Il gioco di ombre e chiaro scuri esalta la cura del dettaglio, e la risoluzione puntuale e completa di conflitti angolari che lo spazio architettonico genera, trovo molto interessante la soluzione del contro soffitto nella Maison, e il carattere distributivo del loft.

If I had to remark some aspects of your work I think they would be the work with strong and sculptural concepts integrated into a quiet and minimal architecture. Every detail counts. It's really interesting when you use powerful elements to focus the attention. You can see the concept for the space quite clearly, and that's not so easy to do. Condivido l'approccio compositivo secondo cui l'architettura debba distinguersi per una componente essenziale, ossia quella emotiva. Tuttavia, la leggibilità con la quale questa viene trasmessa è fondamentale. Un layout chiaro, controllato, individua l'opera dello studio DELISABATINI, dalla generazione dello spazio in pianta all'impaginato. Il bianco esalta la materia, la luce contribuisce a creare emozioni, filtra tra i tagli, dando forma a giochi chiaroscurali in continuo movimento.

Le forme dell'Architettura sono generate da un'idea, che trova il vero confronto solo con l'idea di chi, finalmente, la percepisce. Your works' feature point is to make dramatic Light and Shadow in inside it.
And that light and shadow are made from stereoscopic composition of two volumes.
One volume has characteristic volume (materials, interesting shapes, structural core). the other is just white one.
On the other hand, seeing you images of projects, I couldn't read enough relationship between your projects and contexts.
So, I would like to ask you about contexts.
Anyway, Light and Shadow you made, are excellent.

Delisabatini's projects are a clear expression of how to get a clean dialogue between design and construction. It's very interesting how light is used in white spaces, creating controlled shadows and sensations for the user. An example would be the "Pieghe Telluriche" where strong measures are taken to create two totally opposite facades. Architecture as interpreted by Delisabatini speaks to my design philosophy of use of vertical and horizontal planes, integration of natural material into contemporary design and the balance between inside and outside elements. The pergola in Ecolavaggio and the Loft are perfect examples of interaction between out and inside spaces. Casa del Filosofo, Teatro all’aperto and Guglielma show the creation of space by use of vertical and horizontal planes. That is the same as my design philosophy and style

Dalle immagini sul sito si può evincere che la Vostra sia un'Architettura pulita, netta.
Pochi segni forti per definire gli spazi allontanandosi dall'ornamento barocco, per lasciare spazio alla forza del segno architettonico che se ben calibrato nel gioco di pieni e vuoti, ombra e luce, crea la vera Architettura che non ha bisogno di "fronzoli" che ne celino le mancanze.
Lo stile rimanda molto a quello dell'Arch. Purini, mio relatore di tesi, e ovviamente a tutto il pensiero a cui esso rimanda.

The projects published herein are indeed intreaking and thought-provoking. Most appreciable part in any project is the way it lives out its surroundings, which, according to me, is true Architecture. The projects are very ingeniously incepted on the site and surroundings which is evident from the first look.

Il progetto vinto dallo studio DELISABATINI per il nuovo Embankment di Maribor (EPK 2012) e' importante per 2 motivi. Sul piano progettuale propone una soluzione chiara e fattibile per la riorganizzazione delle rive della Drava mostrando un elegante ma rigoroso controllo dello spazio urbano. Sul piano comunicativo veicola un messaggio forte riguardo la buona salute dell'architettura italiana, le cui radici affondano in una cultura che difficilmente si fa sedurre da facili manierismi

Con grande piacere, ho letto la sua. Ho constatato la brillantezza dei vostri successi, ricordo con piacere la chiaccherata.
Molto interessante questo tema della reversibilità, dei luoghi, della loro malleabilità. Categoria interessante della architettura e degli spazi, per affidare alla memoria emotiva, senza alterare definitivamente i luoghi mi pare un grande traguardo.
Non è così per il nostro museo, sii bello e perduto...congratulazioni e con grande rispetto
